At Paradise Valley United Methodist Church, there are many ways to celebrate faith through music. Opportunities exist for people of all ages and for people with varying levels of musical training.

Fourth through sixth graders are invited to participate in the Combined Choir events, with singers of all ages, three times a year.
Bells of Paradise is a handbell choir that provides music for many services and also for activities outside of church. While previous handbell experience is not required, members do need to have good music-reading ability.

Paradise Singers is a womens ensemble that rehearses during the noon hour on a weekday. They typically sing once a month for the 9:30 a.m. Sunday worship service. Additionally, on occasion they join with other women and with some men to be a part of the Paradise Chorale for special services and events and join forces with the other choirs as part of the Combined Choirs.
Youth Choir is for students in grades 7-12. Youth Choir sings once a month during the 11:00 am worship service and once a quarter in the 9:30 a.m. worship service. They join forces with adult and older childrens voices in the Combined Choirs three times a year and prepare special music for the annual Christmas special music event. They enjoy sharing their music on an annual Youth Choir Tour.
Youth Instrumental Ensemble is for instrumentalists in grades 7-12, including brass, woodwind, percussion, and strings. They play once a month during the 11:00 a.m. Sunday worship service, as well as quarterly in the 9:30 a.m. worship service. The ensemble provides a unique opportunity for youth to utilize their instrumental training in worship.
Gospel Ladies is a mature women's choir that sings once a month in the 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. Sunday worship services.
Adult Praise Team is a contemporary ensemble that includes eight vocalists, several instrumentalists (piano, guitar, bass, drums). They lead worship at the 11:00 a.m Sunday worship service.
Paradise Chorale represents a unique model of church music ensembles, formed from our pool of singers for special services, off-campus performances and certain Sundays.
Combined Choirs unite their voices three times a year for a special Sunday of truly joyful noise. These Sundays are usually Celebration Gathering in September, an Advent Sunday in December, and on Easter Sunday. Singers include children in grades 4-6, youth from Youth Choir and Youth Instrumental Ensemble, Chancel Choir, Paradise Singers, Paradise Chorale, Bells of Paradise, Adult Praise Team, and Gospel Ladies. Joining in for Combined Choir are seasonal singers-- members of the church family who are unable to make a regular commitment to a choir or ensemble.
