United Methodist Women (UMW) is a community of women whose purpose is:
- to know God and experience life through Jesus Christ
- to develop a caring, supportive fellowship
- to expand the concept of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church
Membership is open to any woman who chooses to follow Christ and work for missions through prayer, giving, study, action and service.
Childcare is provided for all UMW meetings, including general meetings or executive committee meetings, interest groups or Bible study meetings.

Blended Fellowship Meetings:
All members of UMW are invited to the blended fellowship meetings held five times a year. These special meetings are the second Tuesday of October, December,
February, April and May. Please click calendar for specific times and programs.
Ongoing Weekday Opportunities:
- Daytime Bridge gathers for a short devotion and bridge on the third Monday of each month at 1:00 p.m. in Room G–2.
- Daytime Fellowship meets the second Tuesday of the month in September, November, January, and March at 9:30 in F–8. These meetings are the months when there is no Blended Fellowship Meeting.
- Koinonia Fellowship meets each Friday at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast and spiritual studies at Paradise Bakery on Shea and Tatum.
- Mission Friends meet the fourth Monday of each month at Wesley Community Center from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to help with the Center's ministry.
- Mustard Seed Bible Study is a Monday morning group meeting in Room A–2 at 9:00 a.m. to study and share God's word.
- Out–to–Lunch Bunch is a group that meets at 11:30 a.m. the second Thursday of each month for fellowship at My Big Fat Greek Restaurant on Shea and Tatum.
- Pastor's Bible Study is a Wednesday, 10:00–11:30 a.m., prayer and study group for men and women in Room F–8 based on the upcoming Sunday's sermon and led by Senior Pastor Kelly Bender.
